CBS & Katie Couric taking reporting the conventions to a new level
August 20, 2008
Seems like CBS, CNET, and Katie Couric are bringing reporting of the conventions to a new level. For both the Republican and Democratic National Conventions, CBS will be hosting a live webcast of on-air coverage each night of the conventions from 10-11 p.m. At 11:00 p.m Katie Couric will host a web only roundtable using questions that online users submitted.
Katie Couric wants to know what questions to ask at the conventions through Digg. From her digg site: www.digg.com/users/katiecouric - you can post a question for others to digg.
Thanks CBS, CNET, and Katie Couric for allowing our input in a very important piece in the election process. For more information, visit www.cbsnews.com/conventions. You can post a question there, or visit Katie’s digg site for more.
The Democratic National Convention takes place next week in Denver (Aug 25-28 ) and the Republican National Convention take place from Sep 1- 4 in St. Paul, MN.
We’ll be reporting back on August 25, 2008 with our impressions.
